When you think about it, Lilly Pulitzer and Starbucks both have a lot in common. The former is a colorful clothing brand that often features patterns that are so bright and happy that it's impossible not to want to start the day at full throttle after getting dressed - meanwhile Starbucks serves the coffee that actually gives you the energy to tackle life.

And now they have something even bigger in common: A line of super cheerful S'well water bottles. The three companies teamed up to create four limited edition designs featuring patterns by artists from Lilly's Print Studio. They're going for $39.95 and were available on Starbucks.com today - sadly, they are all sold out now.

Sure, that's not exactly surprising, after all they're so pretty. But what is surprising is how much people are willing to pay for these bottles on eBay. Yes, you read that right. Some people lucky enough to snatch up one of these designs have listed the bottles on the bidding site and prices have climbed as high as $80 each. That's right, one eBay listing has all four listed for over $300.

Here's just a taste of the hysteria taking place on Twitter:

Those of you who aren't familiar with S'well bottles should know these bottles aren't your average water holder: They keep cold drinks cold for 24 hours and hot ones hot for 12 hours. All we can think about is how handy these bottles will be the next time we hit the beach. Bye forever, half-melted Piña Coladas.
