New York already has one major fashion show incoming from Paris this season with Givenchy; now Paris has one coming from New York.

The Row has moved off the New York calendar and onto the Paris schedule. No other details, including date, time, location or reason, could be learned, as a spokesperson for Ashley’s and Mary-Kate Olsen’s company declined to give specifics at this time.

Last May, The Row opened its first store on Melrose Place in Los Angeles in the 3,800-square-foot former Sally Hershberger and John Frieda space, where the sisters used to get their hair done. The brand’s second flagship will open in New York early next year, a townhouse at 17 East 71st Street on the Upper East Side.

The Row has a successful handbag collection and shoes look likely in the short-term after a prolonged, perfectionist research and production phase.

The Olsen twins’ showing in Paris isn’t the only change ahead for their company. Last week they revealed plans to bring their Elizabeth and James secondary label in-house for the first time since it was launched in 2007. The brand had been licensed to Los Angeles-based Jaya Apparel Group, but the Olsens decided to bring it in-house with the expiration of the license. The first the new setup with Elizabeth and James will be evident will be the pre-fall/fall 2016 apparel collection.
