Paris Jackson got a new tattoo, and it’s stunning. Her latest tattoo is a tribute to her dad’s (aka, Michael Jackson’s) Dangerous album cover, and it features his eyes inside a gorgeously woven monkey, elephant and peacock frame.

Jackson captioned the photo, “The meaning of life is contained in every single expression of life. It is present in the infinity of forms and phenomena that exist in all of creation. Never forget your roots, and always be proud of where you came from.”

The new tattoo isn’t the first one Jackson has gotten in honor of her dad. Back in April on her 18th birthday, she got a much smaller, simpler tattoo that completely melted our hearts. “‘Queen of My Heart’ in his handwriting. To everyone else he was the King of Pop. To me, well, he was the king of my heart,” she wrote.

Around the same time, she also showed off a sweet tattoo she got in honor of her grandmother. She captioned the pic, “‘Kǎisèlín’ for Grandma Katherine, done by the ink goddess herself @thetattooprincess. Love you, G-Ma.”

We love her style and the meaning behind her tattoos, as well as her dedication to her family. Not that she needs it, but hopefully the tattoos serve as a gentle reminder to stay connected to her roots and to always be proud of herself. We’re certain her dad would be.
