Paris Jackson got a another tattoo in honor of her dad, with a sweet message behind it
It looks like Paris Jackson has added to her tattoo collection once again. The 19-year-old model and activist has a large and varied collection of body art, many of them with special meanings. But her latest is particularly personal; it’s a tribute to her late father, Michael Jackson.
Paris Jackson actually already has several tattoos honoring her dad, but this new one may be the sweetest yet.
Paris Jackson currently has around 50 tattoos. On Instagram, she shared a photo of her latest ink. it’s on her foot, and looks like a scrawled signature.
The writing reads, “Applehead.”
This is a subtle nod to her father, who would call people by this nickname if he was particularly close to them. The caption on the post is directed specifically at Michael Jackson.
“With every step I take, you lift me up and guide me forward. Love you.”

Paris Jackson has long been a fan of tattoos.
In one Instagram post, she explained how they’ve helped her reclaim her body and become a more positive person.
“My scars and past of self-hatred have been covered by loving marks, creativity, ingenuity.. and depth. Sure I will always carry my past with me, but I see ink as a way of changing for the better, always improving,” Jackson began.
She added, “They represent strength for me. I look back at my old self and then I look in the mirror, and I see a fighter looking back at me.”
