The Golden Globes is just days away, yet celebrities aren’t waiting around for the big event. Instead, they’re hitting red carpets for other glamorous affairs, like the 28th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards Gala on Monday night.
Nicole Kidman, who received the International Star Award for her performance in Lion, matched her nude gown covered in cartoons from Dior’s spring 2017 ready-to-wear collection to her pale skin. Ruth Negga actually wore a similar style dress to Kidman’s (but from Valentino) that featured darker tones and embellishments. Janelle Monáe, who attended the event to accept the Best Ensemble Performance award alongside her Hidden Figures co-stars, stunned in an attention-grabbing black-and-white Jenny Packham gown.
