Never forget that Miley Cyrus’ “Hannah Montana” audition tape is the cutest thing ever

We’re all aware that Miley Cyrus is a seasoned singer and style icon who has taken the world by storm ever since her first appearance on Disney’s Hannah Montana. She started auditioning for the show at a ripe twelve years old (aww!), and like most actors, there were multiple call-backs before she won the role. And lucky for us, the whole thing was captured on tape!

As you can imagine, Cyrus is super cute in the auditions, and surprisingly confident for a teenager. She remains actively engaged throughout, and even at this young age, her charisma and presence is abundantly apparent.

Oh, and just in case you were wondering… yes, there is singing included!

It’s amazing to see where it all began for Cyrus. She acted in Hannah Montana for five years, and of course also starred in the movie spin-off. She’s had numerous credits since then, often playing herself — as music is her main focus.
