Naomi Watts Suffers from “Sweatpantitis”—Let Her Explain

It's not even Thanksgiving Day and loungewear has officially won--at least as far as Naomi Watts is concerned.
That's what we learned Thursday in New York at the Tod's Madison Avenue celebration of Dante Ferretti's holiday window display when the 48-year-old actress revealed she's essentially Hollywood's most laid-back star. Dressed in boyfriend jeans, Tod's loafers, and a casual-but-chic blouse-and-blazer combo, Watts ditched her usual red carpet gown getup, proving she looks good in just about anything.
And though we cannot confirm what went down after this particular party, we do know what Watts often does the moment she gets home after a night out. "I develop sweatpantitis as I walk in the house," she told us. "No makeup at home. I'm not someone who flips around the house looking done. I'm so into just sweats and clean skin. Comfort."
Saaaame.
That ability to live like a real person, and not a certified celebrity, is also what draws the actress to New York. "Being out on the streets, pounding the pavement with everybody else, mixing with great people, looking at fantastic buildings and all these different worlds colliding--you meet people that you don't expect to meet," she added.
