The 27-year-old fitness model and mom of four recently posted a side by side comparison of her ‘bump’ during two separate pregnancies.

The photo on the left is from her first pregnancy in 2008, when she was pregnant with one baby. The photo on the right – of a undeniably smaller bump – is from 2015, when she was pregnant with twins.

“Today someone commented on this photo that I posted last year and it truly reminded me how blessed I am to have been able to experience a fit, active and healthy pregnancy vs. my first two pregnancies. Both photos are the same gestation of weeks. The photo on the left is ONE baby, the photo on the right is with the TWINS. How crazy is that for a comparison?!” she wrote in the photo caption. “I love a big baby bump as much as the next person, however how I felt is the crazy comparison for me (I wish we could step into others shoes for 5 minutes to really appreciate the 'feels’ in the first photo.”

“My nutrition was so so poor and my recovery was really long,” she continues. “With the twins, my nutrition knowledge was so much better so I knew how to nourish my body (and babies!) to assist with pregnancy and my bodies recovery postpartum.”

While several moms have recently come under fire for doing more risky physical activities while pregnant, officials maintain that most exercise during pregnancy is safe, as long as you consult a doctor or midwife and don’t overdo it.
