As anyone who has lived through high school knows, Mean Girls portrays a fairly grim (if hilariously hyperbolized) depiction of the drama that can go down between teenagers. However, as the film was released in 2004, a lot has changed in the past 12 years since its release — and we're not just talking about the fact that the Plastics' phones would have gotten some serious upgrades by now.
