McDonald's New "Loaded Fries" Are Totally Over-the-Top

From Delish

When McDonald's started serving loaded guacamole fries and Wendy's responded with pulled-pork–smothered spuds, we got really excited about the potential for future over-the-top fast food fries. And now McDonald's is at it again, this time showering the crispy potatoes in Italian-style toppings.

The new loaded fries are dressed with a tomato-basil and garlic-pepper sauces and served in an open-top square box lined with wax paper. Unfortunately, they're only currently available at Mickey D's locations in China for 13 yuan (about $1.95), Brand Eating reports. But we suppose you could always hack this idea with some super simple pesto and a bit of red sauce.
