Lauren Conrad Was a Bridesmaid With a Fellow Co-Star From ‘The Hills’
She’s back! Paper Crown designer Lauren Conrad served as a bridesmaid in a close friend’s wedding this weekend, and she wasn’t the only alum from The Hills to join the bridal party.
The former reality star’s best friend from high school and fellow Laguna Beach castmate, Lo Bosworth, was also one of the 14 bridesmaids to support Cassandra Herschenfeld on her wedding day to Ben Katz. The bridesmaids all looked beautiful in mismatched Paper Crown dresses in the same coordinating stone gray color. Each maid chose a derivative of her favorite look from short-sleeve styles to strapless pieces and more. Conrad opted for a simple gown with a plunging neckline and a thigh high slit.
Conrad, who gave birth just six weeks prior to the nuptials, was all smiles throughout the day at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa. The new mom was photographed walking to the ceremony location with her husband, William Tell. The designer brought along a Balenciaga side purse, which was stuffed with a pair of flip flops. She later beamed as she walked down the aisle with one of the groomsmen.

Like Conrad, Bosworth was equally ecstatic about her friend’s newlywed status and posted a selfie with the friend before the ceremony. “We ready 💍💍💍💍💍💍💍 #twokatzarebetterthanone,” she wrote.
The former MTV stars were joined by another Laguna Beach cast member–Christina Sinclair, formerly Schuller, who also served as a bridesmaid.

According to E! News, Conrad’s six-week-old son Liam was within the vicinity of the ceremony. “Lauren brought the baby with her, but he spent the day in the room with a nanny,” a source told the outlet. “Lauren spent some time getting ready with the other bridesmaids, but she had to go back to the room and feed Liam a lot.”
Despite the recent life milestone, Conrad played the role of ever supportive bridesmaid—without a single complaint. “She was such a good sport about being a bridesmaid so soon after giving birth, but Cassie is one of her dearest friends and she didn’t want to miss it,” the same source told E! “Lauren looked amazing so soon after giving birth. She made jokes about her dress covering everything up, but you would never know she just had a baby.”
Just this summer, Conrad spoke out about being a member of the wedding party–and her accompanying concerns. “I’m in a wedding in a month and fortunately we’re doing the bridesmaid dresses so I can order several,” she told People. “I have no idea what my body is going to be, I don’t know what shape I’m going to be.”
