On the heels of the Cannes Film Festival closing ceremony, director Sofia Coppola made her Opera debut with the opening production of Verdi's La Traviata in Rome over the weekend. The costumes, designed by Valentino's Pier Paolo Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chiuri, ensured a star-studded crowd of friends and brand supporters like Kanye West, Kim Kardashian West, Keira Knightley, Olivia Palermo and Liya Kebede who was fresh off a plane from the south of France.
