Kim Kardashian Flew to NOLA to Celebrate a Fan’s Birthday

Say whatever you want about Kim Kardashian… but you’ve got to admit, the lady knows how to treat her fans.
On Tuesday, the pregnant reality TV star took a brief trip to New Orleans to celebrate the 21st birthday of one of her biggest supporters: A college student named Myleeza.
Using the handle @MyleezaKardash, self-described “country girl” Myleeza has forged quite a friendship with Kardashian via Twitter over the last few years. Between her unyielding attempts to defend her fav celeb from Internet trolls, and the fact that KK often tweets directly at her, Myleeza has managed to amass 16.7K followers of her own. Back in December, 2013, Kardashian even invited the student to sit with her at her then-fiance Kanye West’s concert in NOLA.
But Tuesday’s events, by far, went above and beyond even that. After flying to Louisiana with BFF Jonathan Cheban specifically for her fan’s birthday meal, Kardashian surprised Myleeza with a pair of West’s Adidas Yeezy Boost sneakers—along with a rousing rendition of “Happy Birthday” sung via FaceTime by her daughter North and niece and nephew Penelope and Mason Disick. Kardashian even called Myleeza’s mother, which, as per to Myleeza, caused her mom to get “turnt up.”

“Kim is really my friend now. Today confirmed it definitely. She gave me SO much tea on everything imaginable. Like real friends do!” Myleeza tweeted straight after their meal together. “She said ‘You literally say everything I want to say, but I just can’t say it,’” she continued. “So if yall wanna know how Kim feels, read my tweets! lol”
Kardashian shared her own well wishes to Myleeza on her Instagram, captioning a photo of the pair, “Happy Birthday @MyleezaKardash I’m so thankful to spend your 21st birthday with you here in New Orleans! You have always been so real & supportive! Your tweets light up my day!!! Love you forever doll!” Sweet.
She later added, “I had such a fun trip hanging w @MyleezaKardash for her birthday! I can’t wait to meet more of my fave dolls soon! I love you all the same!”
According to Myleeza, the whole thing was filmed for a future episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians… and we wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if the newly 21-year-old is already busy trying to program her DVR. I mean, wouldn’t you?
