It’s been almost three years since Khloé Kardashian first filed for divorce from Lamar Odom__, and now TMZ is reporting that the two have have reached a settlement to finalize the process.

Much has happened for the couple since Kardashian first filed to end their marriage in December 2013. Last year, Kardashian called off the divorce after Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel following a drug overdose. At the time, a judge had not yet signed off on the couple’s divorce papers; Kardashian’s lawyer successfully petitioned for papers to be withdrawn. She continued to stay by Odom’s side as he recovered from what was reported to be a near-death experience.

TMZ reported that Kardashian refiled for divorce in May of this year, citing irreconcilable differences. Per TMZ, the two are on good terms; however, she is said to be concerned about his use of drugs and alcohol.

According to the latest news from TMZ, the couple has reached a property settlement and signed the legal documents. They now must wait the requisite six months under California law for a judge to sign off on the divorce.

VF.com has reached out to both Kardashian and Odom’s representatives for comment.
