When the Duchess of Cambridge visited the Natural History Museum in London on Tuesday, she probably should’ve worn Coach’s $695 Tyrannosaurus Rex sweater that Winona Ryder was recently spotted in at New York Fashion Week.

Instead, the royal opted for a new chiffon dress to celebrate the museum’s world famous dinosaur, Dippy the Diplodocus, that is about to embark on a two-year tour throughout the United Kingdom. Students from Oakington Manor Primary School in Wembley were also invited to celebrate the occasion.

The long-sleeved frock came from one of her favorite brands, LK Bennett. The sophisticated silhouette that retails for £375 ($465) features a tea length hemline in a textured velvet print. She paired the new piece with grey snakeskin pumps from Prada.

During the event, Middleton crafted with schoolchildren and told them about her son’s love of dinosaurs. “George loves the T-Rex because it’s the noisiest and the scariest,” she shared, according to Daily Mail.
