From Harper's BAZAAR

Just a week after being released from a nine-day stay at the hospital, Kanye West is already making music at his home studio, TMZ reports. The rapper was admitted at UCLA Medical Center on Nov. 21 and was released on Nov. 30.

A source close to West said he's been "more relaxed and focused" since returning home, and even built a temporary studio in his Bel-Air mansion "so he can have the privacy he needs to get healthy, while also making new music as ideas come to him." Before setting up the studio at home, Kanye was "eager to work" and even requested his recording equipment during his hospital stay, The Fader confirms.

The rapper's reps have yet to comment on the news.

There was word that West was currently living separately from Kim Kardashian and their two children, and receiving outpatient care in a rental home. It is unclear whether the studio was set up in the rental or his family residence.
