During last night’s taping of American Idol, Jennifer Lopez wore a chain-printed peasant blouse with open sleeves, white shorts, and all the gold jewelry her little wrists and ears could handle. Nothing strange about that, except for the fact that her total look retails for under $100.

Say whaaat?

That’s right. Do not be fooled by the rocks that she’s got, she’s 100% still Jenny from the block—who wears clothes from Kohl’s. Well, she wears her own clothes from Kohl’s, from her “Jennifer Lopez” collection (which also includes essentials for your bedroom and bathroom).

This is not the first time Lopez has stepped out sporting her own “effortless and sophisticated style”: the actress has been known to hit up the town in the label’s signature onesies, on the hand of her hunky boyfriend Casper Smart. The superstar knows she wields unprecedented selling power, and while she may favor higher-end designers for more formal affairs—hellllloo Versace dress!—American Idol doesn’t really require red carpet-worthy looks. Lopez knows her core customer is sitting on the living room couch watching her every week, so she may as well sell it while she’s got the chance!

Lopez’s collection, inspired by her own wardrobe, retails from $36 for a textured blouse to $100 for a faux leather jacket. Her line of accessories is a bit pricier, a silver tone and gray “mother of pearl” watch, can set you back a cool $275. All together, it’s one of the best selling collections at Kohl’s, and has been since its launch in 2011. It even helped Kohl’s profits rise 20% in its first quarter at the store, and Lopez reportedly nets about five percent of the revenues. With her $20 million American Idol salary, Lopez isn’t hurting for cash, but why stop when you’re feeling hot hot hot?
