Harry Styles Wears His Fave Saint Laurent Jacket in the ‘Drag Me Down’ Music Video

The best part of One Direction performing on Good Morning America a few weeks ago was Harry Styles’ style (sorry, had to). The 21-year-old hit all the high notes in a silk Saint Laurent bomber jacket with a tiger and bird in a jungle motif. Now, the  band has released a music video to accompany their single “Drag Me Down” and the Brit is back wearing his favorite French brand.

Filmed at NASA (in the United States of America, which they clarify for their young and worldly fans), the singers skipped a few grades, got their college degrees and PhDs between being international pop stars, and prepare for a space mission (with extras that are seemingly actual space experts) in the video. They sing in front of rockets, train for their mission with robots, and test out anti-gravity simulation machines.

Even throughout this toil, Styles’ sartorial superiority to his fellow band members — Niall Horan, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson — is undeniable. While they sweat in wife-beaters and croon in plain T-shirts, Styles wears yet another Saint Lauren bomber jacket with dark jeans and Chelsea boots.

Look 45 from Saint Laurent’s Spring 2016 Menswear show.

Evidence points to the fact that it’s a custom piece. A similar satin jacket — which, as previously mentioned, Styles wore on GMA — was seen on the runway at the Spring 2016 Menswear show. But the piece in the “Drag Me Down” video doesn’t seem to feature a fierce feline going after prey. Instead, it has a navy body covered in blue and green flowers with white sleeves.

Only the best from Hedi Slimane for Harry Styles.
