Some lucky concertgoers in Mexico got to see the ultimate cross-genre show when ska-pop hero Gwen Stefani joined boyfriend Blake Shelton during his performance in Mexico on Saturday. The lovebirds shared the stage for a surprise end to Shelton’s show at Luke Bryan’s four-day 2017 Crash My Playa event at Riviera Maya, Mexico. They sang a cover of “Footloose” before Stefani performed 2001’s best single: “Hella Good” from No Doubt’s Rock SteadyStefani posted an adorable pic together in Mexico on Snapchat.

The show also included an appearance from Little Big Town, when they joined Shelton to sing Restless Heart’s “The Bluest Eyes in Texas.” They then proceeded to sing a series of covers, including Rupert Holmes’ “Escape (The Pina Colada Song),” Hank Jr.‘s “Family Tradition,” Dwight Yoakam’s “Guitars, Cadillacs” and Garth Brooks’ “Much Too Young (To Feel This Damn Old).” Luke Bryan also showed up during Shelton’s set.

We can certainly think of worse date ideas than a surprise beachside concert and a few days in Mexico.
