Gwen Stefani Just Did the Most Touching Thing for a Young Fan

Just another reason why we love Gwen Stefani. During last night's stop on her This Is What The Truth Feels Like Tour in Palm Beach, Fla., the singer brought a young concert goer up onstage to meet her, but this fan was far from average--a note given to Stefani by his mother revealed that the boy had been bullied throughout his elementary school years and gotten through it by listening to the star's music.

"My son was bullied from first to fifth grade," Stefani read from a homemade sign that was passed to her from the crowd. "He would come home every day upset, but he'd go to his room, listen to your music and smile." And before the 46-year-old even finished reading the note, she called the young boy up onstage to meet her as the crowd cheered--she then proceeded to hug and encourage him as he cried tears of joy.

Stefani took to Instagram to share a video of the touching moment, and penned an emotional message alongside it. "About 3 years ago when things were hard in my life I prayed to God everyday that I could get a chance to use my gift that God gave me and make a difference in some way in this world," she wrote. "Last night this little guy was the answer to my prayers
