Guys, it’s FINALLY here! No, not the long-awaited — and, frankly, well-earned — Stark reunion, but the *other* big meeting we’ve been waiting for. Spoilers for Episodes 2 and 3 of Game of Thrones Season 7 ahead.

Next week, Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen are going to come face-to-face for the first time ever.

HBO has just released a series of photos from the upcoming episode — ominously titled “The Queen’s Justice” — and it appears Jon is as nervous for this meeting as we are. Last week, Jon Snow finally made it onto Dany’s radar after Melisandre strolled up to Dragonstone to declare Dany (or Jon Snow) to *maybe* be The Prince That Was Promised. Despite clear skepticism over the Azor Ahai business, Hand of The Queen Tyrion Lannister — who once went on a road trip to The Wall with Jon — advised Dany to ally with The North and thus, Jon Snow was summoned.

Jon and Davos look *ready* for business as they arrive on the shores of Dragonstone.

They didn’t happen to run into Gendry, did they?

“Stormborn” saw most of Jon’s Northern allies — including his sister Sansa — pretty unhappy with his decision to meet with Dany, aka daughter of the “Mad King” Aerys Targaryen. But as much as Dany could use an ally to the North in her attempts to take the Iron Throne from Cersei, Jon needs Dany’s help (aka dragons) with the impending war against the White Walkers and wights.

But before you pop a bottle of the finest Dornish wine to celebrate the meeting of your two favorite characters, there’s one major hangup to consider: Tyrion’s letter to Jon, per Dany’s request, commanded Jon to bend the knee before Dany at Dragonstone.

While we *don’t* think he’s just going to bend the knee because someone told him too, this alliance seems pretty crucial to both parties, and frankly, the plot. So while things might get pretty frosty between the Mother of Dragons and the King in the North, the alliance pretty much has to happen one way or another.

Thankfully we have these photos to hold us over until Sunday while we theorize about the million ways this meeting could go.
