British luxury brand, Aspinal of London, has enlisted Olivia Palermo to design a limited-edition bag called the “Marylebone Tech Tote” which will benefit an important Africa-based charity called ADCAM. The non-profit group is dedicated to helping individuals or tribes that want to start their own businesses by providing the education, connections, and micro loans necessary to get them off the ground. Though only 30 of these impressive bags will be created, what’s most impressive is that 100% of the proceeds will go toward the ADCAM charity which will be using the funds to build schools in Africa. If that’s not feel good fashion, I don’t know what is!

Premium denim brand Citizens of Humanity has launched C-of-H Sculpt. Another jean launch, do we need it? Well ladies, this promise to be the most figure friendly jeans yet! They will launch two of the brand’s most iconic styles: the Fleetwood which is a high-rise flare (probably the IT shape for the summer and into fall) and the Rocket, a high-rise skinny. The people over at C-of-H HQ is apparently using the most innovative top secret denim technology, which is a one-of-a-kind, Lycra-weaving technique that has the power to shape and hold unlike anything else. The result is a fabric that lifts and shapes your booty, gives you a hot shape, and apparently will not stretch out! Could these be the He Man and Shira of jeans? We shall see!

Patagonia’s Worn Wear Mobile Tour starts in Ventura, California on Thursday and will end May 12th in Boston. This is a cross-country tour that encourages customers to keep their clothes in use for as long as possible which will reduce consumption and lower our impact on the planet. We know what you’re thinking: a retailer is really encouraging us to not spend more? But it’s true. The Worn Wear Wagon (let’s call it WWW for now) is a one of a kind vehicle created by artist/surfer Jay Nelson. Staff on the WWW will offer free repairs on gear from busted zippers to tears, pulls and more, as well as teaching people how to fix their own clothes. The best part is that they will accept any garments regardless of brand and used Patagonia items will also be on sale. This tour will hit 14 cities and making stops in retail locations, coffee shops, and farmers’ markets. Free repairs, possible hot men to help with broken items, is this not normcore hipster heaven? I say start ripping up your items and get yourself down to one of these 14 cities. Check out patagonia.com for more information where the WWW will hit up next.
