Erin and Ben from HGTV's 'Home Town' Just Revealed a Hilarious Reality TV Secret
Any time you start a new job, there are tricks of the trade to learn-even if your job is to star in a new HGTV show.
Erin and Ben Napier, who you may recognize from the pilot of Home Town, have been busy filming their show's first season, which will premiere in 2017. And luckily for us, they've been taking to social media to share some of the surprising things that happen behind the scenes.
Erin recently posted the above photo on Instagram, explaining that it was one of the show's "wardrobe pictures." Apparently, the couple has to take a photo in their outfits on each day of filming. "So if you have to film something later that you couldn't get to, or it needs to look like the same day, you can wear all the exact same things, right down to the curls, bracelet and nail polish," Erin explained.
We're guessing the producers use this trick when they want Erin and Ben to comment on their design decisions later on. As Erin points out, having to be photographed in your outfit each day is just a little bit silly, but also a smart move to make!
