Editor's Picks: Menswear for the Ladies

A long tailored coat from Haider Ackermann and Christopher Kane’s recent Fall collection inspired me to focus on menswear and tailoring for this edition of Editors’ Picks. On the runway, the designer showed the look as a fully monochrome ensemble, which was incredibly chic. In my opinion, there is nothing cooler or sexier than a woman who dresses in a button-down shirt, fitted blazer, and beautiful pants under a long coat. Feeling more downtown? Opt for a cozy sweater and cropped pant look that shows a bit of ankle (with a heel this can really help elongate the form, especially for those of us who are 5’1”). Let’s hear it for the boys.
