That’s why we’re loving this veggie dip for healthy skin. It’s a perfect snack replacement that’s delicious and great for natural, healthy skin. Every single vegetable ingredient will improve your pores and help rejuvenate your complexion. Did you know that red peppers can actually slow down visible signs of aging? Or that eating beetroot can prevent wrinkles? Next time you’ve got your favorite facial product on, eat this veggie dip and double down on that glowing skin of yours!

Veggie Dip for Healthy Skin

Ingredients:

2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 tomato (sliced)
1/4 onion (chopped)
1/2 eggplant (chopped)
1 beet (sliced)
1 red pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon worth of juice

Directions:

Add all vegetables to a large bowl and toss with olive oil. Spread avengingly across baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until vegetables begin to blacken.

Remove from oven and place roasted veggies in blender along with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend on high until smooth.

Serve cold or at room temperature.
