Eagle-eyed fans noticed something familiar about Ariel Winter’s prom dress

With two Instagram pictures, Ariel Winter has treated us to a real life version of the game “Spot the Difference,” and it’s prom themed!

Last week, the Modern Family star posted a series of photos showing off her prom 2016 look.

The 18-year-old actress wore a strapless, sweetheart neckline, black lace Xcite gown. It was a classic, sophisticated look with a youthful touch, thanks to her red hair.

And the other noticeable detail about this dress? It looks very familiar to the dress Winter wore to last year’s prom!

It’s the same lace overlay, the same color palette, and the same mermaid skirt.

So what’s different?

The neckline, for one. But one of the most striking differences between the two prom pics is actually Ariel’s dad, Glen Workmann, who has undergone a style transformation of his own with his new brown hair.
