There’s an adage that you can fix anything with Duck Tape. Apparently, this also applies to student loans. For the 17th year in a row, Duck Tape hosted their annual Duck® brand Stuck at Prom® Scholarship Contest, in which they ask students to design prom looks made entirely out of tape. They can use any color tape to create their masterpieces and the looks can be any style. The results? Truly incredible.

Emily O’Gara and Ethan Weber of Lincoln, Nebraska, won the ultimate prize as they each earned $10,000 in scholarship dollars for their looks. Emily’s dress featured black and white polka dots with a colorful floral pattern adorning the skirt. Ethan’s look matched perfectly with the same polka dot pattern on his lapels and shoes. And Allison Pollman of Elgin, Oklahoma, earned $1,000 for her stunning strapless purple dress that boasted intricate detailing on the skirt.

Not only does this contest give students a chance to earn money for school, it’s also a great way for them to express their creativity. Duck Tape announced that there were over 125 days worth of work put in by the students that entered the contest and dozens of incredible entries. Check out the winners looks below.
