Dog in a Dress Delights Hospital (and Internet)
A video featuring an adorable dog wearing a dress and walking upright is going viral. YouTube user Anne Grantham was recently visiting her mother at St. Rose Hospital in Las Vegas when she happened upon the shocking sight.
A small pooch’s hair was tied up with a bow, and it was wearing a white and red wool dress. In the video, as the dog approaches the camera, a stunned onlooker can be heard saying, “How do you even teach it to do that?” She later adds, “Wow, that is just the most incredible thing.”
The short is delighting viewers across the Internet, but it has also received a considerable amount of flak — with some users suggesting that it’s animal cruelty. “Not cute at all, the dog is only going to develop back problems,” one user commented, while another weighed in, “Adorable, in no way is this animal cruelty. That is one pampered and loved baby.”
