Crock-Pot Chicken Is the Easiest Holiday Dinner

A roast chicken can make for an elegant Sunday dinner or a quick dinner party main course. But the whole roasting process becomes much less high maintenance when you cook the chicken in a Crock-Pot.

This “Tipline” video shows you the art of getting a perfectly roasted, flavorful chicken in your Crock-Pot or slow cooker.

After rubbing a simple dry rub into the skin, place the chicken in the Crock-Pot and let it cook on low for 9 hours. When it’s ready, you’ll have a delicious bird that’s begging to be carved.

Remember to save the bones! You can plop those back in the slow cooker along with the leftover juices and vegetables to make a delicious stock.
