Collaboration of the Week: Commes des Garçons x Disney’s 'Frozen'
Comme des Garçons designer Rei Kawakubo is fiercely private with a very intellectual eye on fashion and design so when news of this collaboration came to me, I thought I was dreaming!
But alas, the Comme des Garçons x Frozen collection is as real as winter is frigid. And if you want to score some style points with your kids, you’ll want to pick up this fun merch which could melt even the biggest Disney cynic! Elsa and friends playfully appear alongside the Japanese designer’s signature polka dots and on all of the PLAY line of apparel which includes pajamas, T-shirts, shirts, jackets (for both men and women), aprons, cushions and bags…all for adults!
Like what you see? There is also an installation at the entrance of on the fourth floor the Dover Street Market boutique in New York that will remain through the holidays.
