Robin Renzi, designer and founder of jewelry brand Me&Ro, is celebrating her line’s 25th anniversary by doing something she’s never done before: collaborating with Amazon.com.
Yes, for the first time Me&Ro is launching an exclusive 64-piece jewelry collection in partnership with the world's largest online shopping destination.
Pieces in the collection start as low as $50 and go up to $180. This is a stark contrast to Me&Ro's prior, luxury jewelry offerings, where a necklace can go for upwards of $3,000.
This new partnership gives a broad net of consumers the chance to own a Me&Ro jewelry piece at a much lower price point. But in keeping with the Me&Ro philosophy, all pieces are still designed and made in New York City, to ensure the highest quality.
"It feels like it is the right moment to bring Me&Ro to a wider, more global audience at an accessible price through this new partnership with Amazon," says Renzi, in a press release. "I have always believed in the power jewelry has to bring meaning to our life, and I think the world needs love and courage and all of these words of empowerment now more then ever."
The 64-piece collection boasts myriad sterling silver necklaces featuring emblems from Renzi's past archives, such as lotus-drop earrings inspired by Grace Kelly, and bracelets made of cotton tan cords with sterling silver plates displaying encouraging words like "fearless," "courage," and "compassion." The spirt of Me&Ro is continued in this collection.
Over the years, Me&Ro has developed a stellar following from such celebrities as actress Julia Roberts and Olympic athlete Kerry Walsh Jennings, who both wore Me&Ro jewelry during their respective wins — Roberts at the Oscars in 2001, and Walsh Jennings at the 2004 Olympics, in Athens. Me&Ro prides itself on making jewelry that is spiritual and special in bringing luck to personal lives, akin to a talisman.
Even after 25 years, the spirit of Me&Ro continues to thrive in its latest collection. Click ahead to see our favorites that you can shop straight away.
