Not that it makes us love her any less, but Cara Delevingne is sending some mixed messages of late. First she tells Pret-a-Reporter she’s not stopping modeling, then she says to London’s The Times that she’s “not doing fashion work anymore.”

And now, a week after telling the same paper that she felt like she couldn’t say no to posing nude and posing in sexually suggestive positions, her latest ad has been revealed, featuring the future Suicide Squad actress (she’ll appear in the film alongside Jared Leto and Margot Robbie) in a manner strikingly similar to her description. She also said, “I am a bit of a feminist, and it makes me feel sick. It’s horrible, and it’s disgusting.”

Clearly the Yves Saint Laurent Beaute Rouge Pur Couture lipstick ad was shot well before her statements, but still. Besides her unquestionably gorgeous poppy-colored lipstick, Delevingne only wears a black tuxedo jacket in the image. The caption? “The rouge that dresses me.” It seems only time will tell if this is the Paper Towns star’s last time showing so much skin for the sake of fashion or beauty.
