So have we. And so, our reporter at the BAFTAs witnessed the arrival of Prince William and Duchess Kate up close and personal. She was absolutely stunning in intricate McQueen. Her hair: elegantly messy in a casual knot. Her bling: Boom!

“Kate and William arrived after the red carpet wrapped and they held everyone in their position while their car pulled up and they walked in. They came in a separate entrance on the red carpet from the rest of the celebs, skipping all of the print and TV press. Everyone – fans, press, publicists – were respectfully quiet then they walked in instead of screaming and cheering they way they did for all the celebs. The show just started and the host welcomed them first before speaking about any of the nominees, calling out Kate for supporting her husband.”
