A 9 year-old girl just CRUSHED an obstacle course designed by Navy SEALS

Milla Star is putting taking the chant “anything you can do, I can do better” to a whole new level. The 9-year-old athlete has an Instagram bio that says, “I hope to inspire kids like me to stand up against bullies. I did it by believing in myself and being active!” And she is proving it by annihilating one major physical challenge after another.

And all before she hits double digits.

Milla’s latest incredible show of athleticism happened on March 4, when she completed an event called BattleFrog’s Xtreme 24 race. It’s a grueling obstacle course designed by a Navy Seal to test the physical and mental limits of the even the most in-shape adults.

Milla was not only the only kid to compete, she was the only person under the age of 18 to compete. And nobody needed to hold her hand through any of it. She decimated the course, to the surprise of even her biggest supporter (and race buddy), her father.

According to her local paper, the Miami Herald, her training partner dad was totally impressed by the performance, stating “I’m so proud of her. She was amazing the entire race.”

Milla trains for hours at a time between her regular “kid” activities (of, you know, school and playing). She’s becoming an true fearless inspiration to other kids (and adults), which is exactly what she wants to be. And she’s doing so one incredible feat at a time.
