Frozen PB&J Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup strawberries

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 6 tablespoon evaporated milk

  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Slice up the strawberries and add to blender.

  2. Add the honey to the blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, vanilla and evaporated milk until smooth.

  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture in a muffin tin and top with the strawberry puree.

  6. Freeze for about 4 hours.

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  3. Grab some cookie dough and roll or flatten out a 4 inch circle about 1/8 inch thick.

  4. Place your dough around the back of the muffin tin and bake for approximately 12 minutes.
