10 of the Most Totally Disgusting Things About the Jon/Dany Romance

I know everyone is sad about Viserion and all, but to be honest, it was a different scene from Sunday's episode of Game of Thrones that really made me feel sick and sad and generally Donnie Darko-ish inside.

Yes, I'm talking about the...shudder...Daenerys and Jon bedside scene. Thank GOODNESS that's "bedside" and not "bed"-yet.

You know, the one scene in which, after her beloved dragon dies, Dany comes to visit Jon while he recuperates from being dunked in a huge ice bath by wights? You know, the one where they make eyes at each other like the other person is the sun and they each want to burn their respective eyeballs right out of their heads?

Well, it's SO GROSS. Not just because we're forever #TeamYgritte, but several hints and clues and fan theories have indicated that these two characters are actually related-Jon's father is probably Dany's brother, making them aunt and nephew.

Everyone thinks it's gross! Well, not everyone. Some people think that if Dany and Jon got together, it would be some kind of Good Ship I'm Actually Fine With This.

(You guys are disgusting, you know that?)

And it wasn't just the most recent episode that gave us this gross prospect. The relationship between the two has been building up for a while.

It is textbook icky, and I'm not here for it. Almost every moment of that scene had me like:

When Dany looks more upset about leaving Jon behind than she did about Viserion's death

When Dany stays behind to see whether Jon is still alive

When his horse rides up to the gates and she's SO super relieved

When she looks at his stabby death wounds like they are Fiona the hippo

When Jon wakes up from his almost-death slumber and Dany is gazing upon him like a mother swan looking at a baby swan...that she WANTS TO BONE

When Jon looks back at her and looks exactly like the baby version of himself

When Jon takes her hand and is probably her nephew

When Jon calls her Dany

When Jon calls Dany "my queen"

No, no, no. Kill it with fire. Where is Drogon when you need him???

When Dany lets go of Jon's hand and his face goes as cold and desolate as the north
