Although I’m not of Italian descent, there is nothing I crave more after a long and mediocre day than to curl up on the couch with a cool glass of chardonnay, a new television show, and a delicious bowl of pasta. There is something about pasta, be it a hearty Italian sausage tomato sauce or a creamy rich carbonara, that is incredibly nostalgic and comforting. What I don’t want to do after the aforementioned humdrum weekday is spend a bunch of time slaving away in the kitchen. I want a delectable bowl of pasta, and I want it fast. It seems that I’m not alone, because the Internet is filled with amazing recipes for quick and uncomplicated pasta recipes. Here are 10 of my favorites.
