Wynonna Judd Turns The Judds' Final Tour Into Star-Studded "Girls Night Out"

Wynonna Judd has decided to turn what would have been The Judds' final tour into a star-studded tribute to her late mother.

During Sunday's public memorial for the country legend, Wynonna told the crowd that she would continue with the tour that she and Naomi had planned for later this year, in honor of her mother.

"The show must go on, as hard as it may be," she said. "It's so devastatingly beautiful what happened here tonight, so we will continue this spectacle. That's what she would want, right?"

On Thursday, Wynonna announced "The Ultimate Girls Night Out," a revised 11-date arena tour that will include appearances by Brandi Carlile, Faith Hill, Little Big Town, Martina McBride, Ashley McBryde, Trisha Yearwood, and more.

"I am humbled, once again, by the loyalty of the fans who have been with us for 38+ years, who continue to show up for me when I need them the most," Wynonna said in a statement. "I am grateful that we will continue to honor The Judds legacy, together."

The tour will launch September 30 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, at Van Andel Arena, and will conclude on October 29 with a hometown show in Lexington, Kentucky, featuring an appearance by Faith Hill.

"What a full-circle moment it will be to end the tour in Kentucky where it all began. It means so much to have my sisterfriend, Faith, join me for this musical celebration." Wynonna said. "It is pretty amazing—all of the people who have come forward to offer up their time and their gifts. I am feeling extra grateful."

Naomi Judd died in April at the age of 76 after a long battle with severe depression and anxiety.
