A temporary website glitch listed Marc Jacobs' $300 USD handbags as free on Tuesday morning.

For a limited time, shoppers were able to purchase the New York label's purses for a 100% discount, although orders were later canceled, The Wall Street Journal reports. According to the news outlet, one customer purchased a mini jacquard tote bag from the brand's recent Year of the Tiger collection. Originally priced at $325 USD, the product qualified for a discount when she checked out. She said: "It crashed several times while I was on the website, but eventually I was able to put the bag that I wanted into my cart." Shortly after, the word spread on social media platforms like Facebook.

"Due to an inadvertent error on marcjacobs.com, our website temporarily showed incorrect product prices which may have affected your order(s)," Marc Jacobs announced in an email, canceling all orders that were made for free.
