Pumpkin spice, everything nice at Stark County coffee shops this fall
Autumn, or fall, as it often is called, starts Thursday. But many PSL aficionados have been sipping on their favorite fall drinks since late August, when large coffee chains released their fall menus.
Stark County coffee shops weren't far behind, with pumpkin spice lattes available now locally.
Many fall-themed and pumpkin-flavored drinks have been on menus at local coffee shops, and more will join the show during the season. Find a comprehensive list of pumpkin spice and everything nice from Stark County's coffee shops below.
Carpe Diem Coffee Shop
Carpe Diem's fall lineup of beverages is available now through the rest of fall.
Drink 1: Fall Fest Frappe is a blended drink with espresso, cinnamon and pumpkin spice.
Drink 2: Homemade Pumpkin Cold Foam has heavy whipping cream, condensed milk, vanilla, pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spices on cold brew iced coffee.
More fall goodies: “My other specials for September are Maple Cinnamon Roll, Caramel Apple Butter, Oatmeal Cookie and Candy Corn. All drinks can be served hot or cold."

Front Porch Cafe
Drink: Maple Spice Breve is made with espresso, half and half, maple syrup, cinnamon and brown sugar, then topped with cinnamon and drizzled with maple syrup. Get it hot, iced or blended.

M&H Beans
Drink: Faux Fall. "We are using handmade cinnamon and caramel syrups, and you can enjoy this one as a nitro cold brew or as a latte."
When it's available: "We typically have these two syrups available year round, so as long as we have them, you can enjoy this beverage!"
More fall goodies: "Upcoming, you can expect classic fall flavors in our weekly features: cinnamon, apple, cider, pumpkin, all with spicy, yet warm flavor notes.
Additional notes: "We will be using our new Giesen roaster to focus on what we love doing − roasting specialty coffee and featuring new, weekly single origin varieties. We are also starting to experiment with chocolate! So fall flavors are not the only exciting things in the roastery this season."

Muggswigz Coffee & Tea Co.
Muggswigz's fall lineup of beverages is available now through the rest of fall. "The 1885" drink is only available the evening of Oct. 13 for downtown Canton Muggswigz's "Experimental Drink Night."
Drink 1: Pumpkin Pie Latte comes with espresso, steamed milk, Muggswigz's homemade pumpkin pie sauce, which is made with real pumpkin and spices, and all topped with homemade whipped cream and pumpkin pie sauce.
Drink 2: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. This caffeinated smoothie is made with real pumpkin, a mix of spices and coffee, and topped with homemade whipped cream and coffee shavings.
Drink 3: Baklava Latte is a double shot latte made with homemade baklava syrup and topped with homemade whipped cream, honey and roasted walnuts.
Drink 4: Hot Caramel Cider. This drink is made with spiced apple cider, a cinnamon stick, homemade caramel syrup, homemade whipped cream and cinnamon garnish.
Drink 5: The Lumberjack is a chestnut-flavored black tea latte made with honey and vanilla syrup.
Drink 6: "The 1885." Inspired by a Van Gogh painting and created by Muggswigz Training Manager Dylan, this drink is filled to the brim with flavor and texture. Notes of brown-buttered figs, fresh cranberry and the warming flavor of star anise.

Ohio Roasting Co.
Ohio Roasting Co.'s fall lineup of beverages is available now through the rest of fall.
Drink 1: Pumpkin Spice Latte. Because you can never go wrong with pumpkin spice, it our signature house espresso, pumpkin sauce then topped with pumpkin spices.
Drink 2: Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew. Our pumpkin cold brew topped with a vanilla cold foam and pumpkin spice topping. It is the perfect sweet pumpkin drink.
Drink 3: Nitro Apple Cider Chai. This drink has all the tastes of Fall. It is our Apple Cider and Chai mix with nitrogen, perfect drink for non- coffee lovers.
More fall goodies: "In September, we also have pumpkin cake pops, pumpkin spice cupcakes, vanilla chai cupcakes and an apple pie cupcake. We’ll have some great fall drinks coming in the next few months, as well. Our baristas are very passionate about coming up with different unique ideas for drinks. We will be featuring a few of our baristas award-winning Ube Cold Brew as well coming mid-September, and that will be available as supplies last."

Pioneer Coffee Roasters
Pioneer Coffee Roasters' fall line-up of drinks is available now until Nov.
Drink 1: Pumpkin Pie Latte. This is the latte made with our in-house pumpkin sauce. Made with real pumpkin pie puree.
Drink 2: The Elvis. After the icon's favorite sandwich, Tastes of Banana, this has peanut butter in our chocolate mocha, which is a double espresso drink made with our whole milk chocolate milk, steamed or iced.
Drink 3: Fall Spice Cold Brew. The base of this drink is made with our award-winning Gold River Blend that has nuances of chocolates and a beautiful nutty full body with a lingering fruity ending. Our cold brew steeps for 16 hours like tea with various spices including all spice, cloves and cinnamon.
Note: Pioneer Coffee won silver and three bronze awards at the work’d biggest roast off against 703 coffees and is heading to the World Series of Coffee Roasting in Hawaii. Pioneer placed in the top 10 against Europe, America and Canada.

Speakeasy Coffee's fall line-up of beverages is available in Oct. and Nov. Most drinks are available hot, iced or frozen.
Drink 1: Pumpkin Pie Latte. Smooth sweet pumpkin flavor with a light spice.
Drink 2: Caramel Pumpkin. A blend of caramel and pumpkin sauce.
Drink 3: Caramel Cinnamon Roll. A blend of caramel and brown sugar cinnamon with caramel drizzle.
Drink 4: Sugar & Spice Mocha/White Mocha. A blend of choice mocha with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Drink 5: Salted Caramel Latte. Salted caramel syrup with caramel drizzle and salt topping.
Drink 6: Pumpkin Pie Chai. Our smooth sweet pumpkin in a spiced chai.
Drink 7: S'mores Latte. Chocolate and toasted marshmallow with chocolate drizzle and graham cracker crumbs.
Drink 8: Cinderella. A blend of pumpkin and white mocha.

Drink 1: Pumpkin Spice Latte. Hot or cold latte with house-made pumpkin spice syrup topped with whip cream with pumpkin spice garnish.
Drink 2: Maple Macchiato. House-made maple cinnamon syrup with espresso and milk served hot or cold.
Drink 3: Caramel Apple Cider. Caramel and chai syrup with apple cider topped with whip cream and cinnamon garnish.
Drink 4: Salted Hazelnut Mocha. Our house-made mocha with salt and hazelnut syrup topped with whip cream and crushed nuts.
Drink 5: Bear Claw. Latte with butter pecan, vanilla, caramel syrup and cinnamon with whipped topping and caramel sauce.

Tremont Coffee Co.
Tremont’s fall drink lineup is available now through late Nov. or as long as supplies last.
Drink 1: Pumpkin Spice Latte is made with your traditional pumpkin pie seasonings, shots of espresso and steamed milk. We also serve them iced or frozen.
Drink 2: Pumpkin Moonshine is a vanilla, pumpkin triple latte made hot, or if you desire it cold, it is made with our nitro cold brew instead of shots of espresso.
Drink 3: Butterscotch Cappuccino is a 12 oz. cappuccino flavored with butterscotch.
Drink 4: S’mores Latte can be made hot, iced or frozen. We can make this one clean (no coffee) or with coffee.

Uptown Joe
Drink 1: Salted Caramel Pumpkin Latte. It's Monin Salted Caramel syrup w/ Da Vinci Pumpkin Pie sauce. If you would like, we can top it with whipped cream, caramel drizzle and a pinch of cinnamon.
When it's available: Available year-round, but pumpkin shortages do happen.
Drink 2: Hot Apple Cider. We either use caramel or pumpkin pie sauce as a base and top it with whipped cream, caramel drizzle and a pinch of cinnamon.
When it's available: Whenever it is available at the local grocery store, it's available at Uptown Joe.

Walkie Talkie Espresso & Coffee
Walkie Talkie’s fall lineup of beverages is available now, but “we like to be creative and fresh with rotational menus so try them soon before our Halloween lineup!”
Drink 1: Yammer-Time. A latte made with Hartzler’s milk and espresso with our house spiced and sweetened yam puree. We wanted to do our own take on a fall pie drink without going the typical pumpkin route. We created a yam drink to replicate sweet potato casserole, if you like PSLs (pumpkin spice lattes), you'll love this!
Drink 2: Rye Baby Rye. An oat milk latte with our house caraway seed syrup. One of our favorite creations, the pairing of oat milk and savory caraway syrup results in a flavor combination that mimics rye toast.
Drink 3: Spice Up Your Life. Hartzler’s chocolate milk mixed with cold brew spiced up with chai, house habanero syrup and ginger. This is designed as an iced drink for when you still want those spiced flavors on a warm fall day, very complex and satisfying!

Whole Latte Love Cafe
Whole Latte Love’s fall lineup of drinks includes the Pumpkin Spice Frappe, Apple Pie Smoothie and Dirty Pumpkin Chai, to name a few.

When they’re available: Drink specials remain available for as long as our customers keep requesting them, so that includes our very first creation Brown Sugar Gingerbread Latte, our Blue Cotton Candy "Light It Up" Autism Frappe, our famous Java Chip Frappe, Frozen Hot Chocolate (with or without peppermint), our Zebra (half white chocolate, half dark) Mocha and our Chocolate S'mores (yes it comes with graham cracker crumbs and marshmallows). All these monthly drink specials have been crafted by our trainees, so they won't be going away anytime soon.

Shale Craft Coffee, at 1160 S. Main St. in North Canton, didn't respond to multiple requests for comment on its fall drink lineup.
