"I was scrolling through my feed and one of my friends and someone who was a friend had this video of the two of them, like a Snapchat," Harry said in the first episode of the docuseries.
Markle had a dog face filter in exchange with her pal, but Harry was still smitten and asked who she was, and Markle did the same.

Their mutual friend told Markle that "Prince Haz" wanted to meet her, and Markle—who previously said she had never done any research on her now-husband whatsoever—did the same, noting, "I asked if I could see his feed." (Who hasn't?!)

She explained, however, that she only looked at his Instagram feed, not any articles or press about him.

"That, to me, was the best barometer," she said. "So I went through and it was just like beautiful photography and all these environmental shots, and this time he was spending in Africa."
They exchanged numbers and eventually met for a date in London—and Harry was late. At the end of their first date, Markle made plans to see him again the next evening, which he said was "forward and American." They met the next night, and that time, Markle was late—but it's a good thing neither of them minded one another's tardiness! And the rest was history.
