Heather Wallace-Wood, a Delta flight attendant who has worked for the airline for 20 years, is just one of the many members of a private Facebook group for Delta flight attendants who stumbled upon the Amazon jumpsuit that's making its way into closets across America.

"I’m guessing about 400+ have purchased the jumpsuit so far! And I just saw online last month that a few women pilots have purchased it, as well as other FA’s from different airlines. The jumpsuit got so popular with everyone posting pics the admin decided it was time to make it its own group!" Wallace-Wood told In The Know.

"I ordered my jumpsuit in August, I think I saw it sometime in July in a private group of Delta FA’s have on FB. I’m not sure who originally posted it," Wallace-Wood explained. "It’s a silly thing really, the FA group is like a sisterhood/sorority! When we see something we like or enjoy and think perhaps others may like it as well, things tend to go viral! We post cosmetics, toiletries, places to eat or visit, just about everything we fall in love with and want to share."

So, what's so amazing about this viral phenomenon jumpsuit deemed "the sisterhood of the traveling jumpsuit"? For starters, it will only set you back $24. But at its core, the Amazon jumpsuit is a jet-setter's dream. Think: convenient, comfortable, versatile and totally on-trend.

"It gets tough carting around heavy bags and having many pieces of clothing in your bag. More to keep track of when you’re changing hotels every other day!" she added.

The jumpsuit by PRETTYGARDEN comes in a tank version ($22.99), short sleeve ($23.99) and a long sleeve option for just $1 more. The elastic waist cotton romper features a tapered leg and is available in black, olive green, navy blue, wine red, grey and more. [Editor's note: After purchasing the black long sleeve style for myself, I've worn it three times in one week-- to dinner, the movies and for running Sunday errands. It's also going to be the first thing I pack for my upcoming holiday vacation.]

Wallace-Wood also went into detail about just how versatile the Amazon jumpsuit is.

"I like the jumpsuit's versatility!" she said. "I can lounge around in it, it’s super comfy, or dress it up and go out to dinner! It packs well and I just hang it and the wrinkles seem to fall out! When I bought the original one, which everyone was buying in black, I decided to get the olive green one just to be different. And [then] I saw the spaghetti strap one and knew I had to have it! Perfect for a Florida evening!"

The most popular of the three is the short sleeve option, which has racked up over 1,100 reviews. While nearly 400 other happy customers have reviewed the long sleeve and spaghetti strap tank style.

"I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with this romper. It is SO incredibly cute and flattering. I want to buy it in a million colors and get a back up one so I never have to be without it. You need this romper," one reviewer shared.

Another wrote, "I ordered two different sizes, L and XL. The large fits perfectly! For reference, I am 5 ft even, approx 190 lbs. I have a short torso and long legs, very curvy w/ hourglass shape. This fit in all the right places but not too tight on the tummy, hips and thighs...The material is also nice. Not too thick or too thin. I was able to move around comfortably as well. A+"
