Madelaine Petsch just shared a new photo on her Instagram story, and her legs look totally toned. The 27-year-old actress took a quick snap in the mirror as she posed in a pink-and-black mini dress that she paired with black boots.

She captioned the post, "Hi bestie @moschino."

While it's not clear where exactly she is, the tape on the mirror says, "Costumes x Locations. Stage D, Cast Tent," suggesting that she might be BTS on the set of Riverdale. The show is supposedly filming through July of this year, per Decider. Plus, if you're a fan, you'll notice that her dress is serving major Cheryl Blossom energy.

Wondering what Madelaine does to get her strong legs? For starters, she's been working with P.volve founder Stephen Pasterino for the past few years. She also loves core workouts. "The body part I love exercising the most is my abs...I think that my abs feel the most pain and I love the feeling of being sore," she told Women's Health.

Luckily with the help of Pasterino, she's found ways to really challenge herself: "My trainer does this thing called six-minute abs, which is honestly deathly. They are the hardest thing ever," she told WH. "He doesn't tell me what it is, every minute or 30 seconds he'll switch to a new thing but he'll never tell me because then my brain can't anticipate it."

She also revealed that staying active keeps her mind clear. "The more I move, the happier I'll be. I link my mental health to working out," she said. She even shares her fitness routine on YouTube with her 6 million subscribers.

As for her diet, Madelaine grew up plant-based and is currently vegan, so she's always mindful of her protein intake. She explained, "Protein is something I really have to be aware of in every meal or else my energy levels just go completely downhill...I really like protein pasta because I'm such a carb fan."

She also doesn't mess around when it comes to her water intake either. She drinks 11 to 13 500-ml bottles of water every single day.

Honestly, goals.
