Spotted leaving dinner, the KKW Fragrance founder stopped by celeb-favorited spot Jon & Vinny’s in bold fashion. The main highlight of her outfit was a layered bustier top that came from Dolce & Gabbana’s spring ’05 collection, featuring a red snakeskin corset layered over a black lace base. Kim then teamed the piece with equally edgy lace-up leather pants.
Corsets and bustiers returned to the fashion scene in the past few seasons amongst a revitalization of late 1990s and early 2000s trends. Worn in part with retro-chic pieces like cardigans and low-rise jeans, the daring silhouette comes just in time for a revamp of nostalgic designs from decades past.
To elevate her look further, Kim then slipped on a set of towering thin-strap heels that barely peeped out from under the long hem of her slick pants. The round-toe design was coated in a silky fabric with a spotted coating.
When it comes to her personal style, Kim’s standout look this weekend is just one of many wild combinations in the television personality‘s closet. Despite the recent news of their filing for divorce, Kim still favors Kanye West’s Yeezy collections for footwear and apparel as well, in addition to sneakers and boots from his Adidas Yeezy line. She styles the pieces with coordinating looks from every hit brand you can think of — the list usually includes Balmain, Balenciaga, Amina Muaddi, Maison Margiela and Bottega Veneta.
In addition to stylish looks on and off the set of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Kim also dipped her toes into the fashion and beauty world with a mix of ventures. She created her Skims shapewear line in 2019, featuring a mix of inclusive designs and now affordable face masks too. Additionally, the television personality also founded her own makeup line, KKW Beauty, in the fall of 2019.
