Kim K.'s 'thoughtful' new necklace from Kanye West features a text message he sent her: 'Dreams come true'

Kim Kardashian showed off the necklace that husband Kanye West gave her recently, and fans had a lot to say about it.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star shared a photo of her newest piece of jewelry on Twitter on Sunday night, giving fans some backstory on the sentimental accessory.

"If you look closely at my necklace, you can see it’s from a text Kanye sent me," Kim explained. "He took an amazing vintage a Cartier gold plaque necklace and had it sketched out. He’s always the most thoughtful when it comes to gifts."

Kardashian, 39, posted a selfie of herself wearing the gold necklace in addition to a screenshot of the original text that Kanye sent her, which she originally posted back in May after he initially sent it.

"This is your life," he texted his wife, along with a photo from inside their home. "Married with four kids. Get people out of jail. Cover of Vogue. Go to church every week with your family. Dreams come true."

Kim posted the first screenshot on Twitter the morning of the 2019 Met Gala, which came just before the arrival of the couple's fourth child, Psalm, and during the same month that she was on the cover of Vogue's May 2019 issue.

As is the case almost every time Kim posts anything on social media, fans shared their divided reactions to the necklace in her replies: Fans of the KKW Beauty founder declared that "Kanye is the most thoughtful husband" and called the latest gift to his wife "so sweet."

Others, however, weren't as fond of Kim's new necklace, with people tweeting memes back at her criticizing her for showing off her latest piece of jewelry online.
