Get the inside scoop on food and restaurants with our new Fayetteville Foodies newsletter

Whether you're a Fayetteville-area native or you're new to town, brought here by the military or another reason, most of us have at least one thing in common: We like to eat and we like to eat well.

Our Fayetteville Foodies Facebook group has grown to around 40,000 members since I launched it less than a year ago, proving that Fayetteville's food scene, once the thin veneer of its "nothing but chain restaurants" stereotype is removed, is indeed a vibrant — and delicious — spread of cuisines from around the world.

That's why we're taking it to the next level and launching the Fayetteville Foodies newsletter. In it, you'll find news on restaurant openings and closings, food events and anything else that makes eating in the Fayetteville area so fun. This newsletter will also be an opportunity to share some food newsy tidbits that won't be published elsewhere in the Observer.
