Lil Nas X took the stage at the 62nd annual Grammy Awards to perform his hit song "Old Town Road." The rapper subtly paid homage to the late NBA star, Kobe Bryant, by placing Bryant's iconic #24 Laker's jersey on a chair during his set. Later, throughout his performance, the musician also featured a "24" on his guitar.

The 20-year-old singer, who won his first Grammy for Best Music Video, was joined by BTS, Billy Ray Cyrus, Diplo, Mason Ramsey and rap icon Nas for his performance.

Lil Nas X is nominated for an astounding seven Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Best New Artist and Best Pop Duo/Group for his remix with Billy Ray Cyrus.

Billy Ray Cyrus took to Twitter to dedicate their win for Best Pop Duo to the former Laker, tweeting, "So honored to win Best Music Video and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. I’d like to dedicate both to Kobe and his beautiful daughter. Sending my thoughts and prayers to his family and friends during this difficult time."

Bryant tragically died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California on Sunday morning, Jan. 26, at the age of 41-years-old. The former Laker was traveling with his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, who also passed.
