Last night the small screen’s buzziest names touched down in Los Angeles for the 71st Primetime Emmy Awards.

As per last year, the Brits continued their winning streak, with Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Michelle Williams and Charlie Brooker bagging prestigious accolades at the ceremony.

It was a sartorial triumph for the nation’s favourites too. Killing Eve star Jodie Comer demonstrated her fashion know-how in an angelic white gown by Tom Ford and stole our hearts in the process.

The Game of Thrones cast also came up trumps on the fashion front, for one last time. Sophie Turner, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actress, turned to go-to label Louis Vuitton once again with a powder pink gown. while Maisie Williams chose JW Anderson.

But it was Billy Porter who really stole the headlines, in a bespoke Michael Kors suit – a look that took more than 170 hours to create.
