Dad Shares Adorable ‘Training for Disney’ Workout Routine on TikTok

He practiced his child 'carrying styles' for a day at Disneyland.

Parents have a lot of responsibility and challenges when they travel with a young kid to Disneyland, and one dad took the time to prepare, with an absolutely adorable 'Training for Disney' video that he shared on TikTok.

Bren Torr, who goes by @brenyourfren on TikTok, shared a video of himself walking on a treadmill with his child.

The first carrying style, which he calls the "Normal hold," has Torr holding his child on his side with his arm underneath her.

Next up, there's the "over the shoulder Parade View," which is likely what you expect, with his daughter sitting comfortably on his shoulders so that she has the extra height to see characters during a potential Disneyland parade.

Torr then shows off the "We're going to miss the show/ride Pt 1," which has his daughter laughing as he holds her over his right shoulder.

After that, there's "We're going to miss the show/ride Pt 2." Torr holds his child sideways in front of him facing forward as he walks briskly on the treadmill.

Lastly, there's the iconic "Going Home" carrying style, which features his daughter curled up in his arms with her face on his chest, ready to rest at home after a bunch of tiring, Disneyland fun.

It's safe to say that people loved this Disney dad's video, with one person writing, "Nailed all the holding positions!!!! Dads are the real MVP’s at Disney. I can’t do all that for that long hahaha."

Others had some suggestions for his training regimen, with one saying, "Great, now add a backpack and do it again. Lol," while another commented, "I just came back from Disney world and I’d just add standing for hours as training also."

A lot of people also suggested that Torr get a Tushbaby carrier, but he noted that he has two other daughters as well, joking, "I hope it can hold all 3 😅."
