  • Cindy Crawford just showed off her ultra-toned legs in a new post on Instagram.

  • The 56-year-old supermodel posed in a white bathrobe while enjoying a face mask.

  • To stay fit, Cindy works out regularly with her trainer Sarah Hagaman. She also eats a majority plant-based diet.

Cindy Crawford is spending some quality alone time in her latest post on Instagram. The supermodel, 56, looked relaxed as ever as she laid back in her bathroom to take in some sun. She also wore a white bathrobe that showed off her totally sculpted legs.

Cindy captioned the photo, "Do not disturb. ✨"

Her followers were quick to share their thoughts in the comments section, with one user saying, "Glowing!!💜" Another fan added, "Looks so peaceful!" A third person chimed, "Your legs are amazing!!❤️❤️😍😍🔥" Cindy's long legs have been a staple throughout her career, so it's no surprise that they look so toned.

The good news is she's always been willing to share her fitness secrets on social media. Last summer, Cindy shared a video of her workout with her trainer Sarah Hagaman.

The intense training session consisted of low planks with side sways, bicycle crunches, sumo squats with side-to-side crunches, low planks with knee taps, hamstring holds/scissors, kneeling planks, and side-body raises with obliques.

And for the extra challenge, Cindy does each exercise for three rounds and increases the difficulty by adding 10 reps each time.

When she's not putting in work at the gym, Cindy gets creative with her outdoor workouts. She told Women's Health that she enjoys running and doing stair climbs. Then she adds on one-leg step-ups with weights and weighted squats.

Cindy previously told Into the Gloss that while she doesn't set restrictions on her diet, she naturally tends to avoid packaged foods. Instead, she goes for mostly plant-based options and says she could "easily be vegetarian, but it's not practical with my family."

Since Cindy's normally on the go in the morning, she'll reach for something easy to prep like a protein shake. For lunch, she'll make a salad and occasionally throws in some chicken. If she wants a light dinner, she'll opt for sushi.

"I try to be 80 percent good 80 percent of the time," she said.
